Happy Dough Lucky | Nottingham Pop Up Restaurant

Fancy home-made Pizza, amazing deserts and quirky cocktails? Head to Happy Dough Lucky! They're a Pop Up Restaurant in Nottingham! They specialise in Neapolitan pizzas and deserts (my two favourite things) and they're inspired by the owners travels.

I was lucky enough to be invited to their blogger evening and with it being my first blog event i was so excited!  I was greeted with a lovely welcoming followed by a cocktail then taken to a seat as our table wasn't ready. The venue is such a chill place with couches and fairy lights, I'd call it instagram in a room. My particular favourite was the light up sign they had "Feed me pizza and tell me I'm pretty"

We were then taken to our table which was right in front of the area where they made all the food so I was literally watching them make my pizza so it was so fresh  and brought over three starters for our table, chili chips, garlic balls and some salad with dough sticks. My personal fave were the garlic balls because I love anything with garlic 

The pizza was amazing, on the menu they’re numbered 1-8 so it’s super easy for ordering, I got number 3 (without the jalapenos). I’m a huge pizza lover and this one was amazing, particularly loved the thin base as that’s my preferred fave and at such reasonable prices you get a lot!

For me the show stopper was the desert. “Kinder Chocolate Pot”, was as good as it sounds. Chocolate with hazelnut cream, biscuit and whipped cream topped with a little kinder bueno and it was served in a cute little jar. OMG! honestly worth the trip just for this desert, it was incredible! 

They do quirky cocktails including blueberry muffin and lemon sherbet. I tried the lemon sherbet one and it tasted exactly like lemon sherbet (shocker) but it was fab!

So if you live in the Nottingham area and after a late night pizza pop into Happy Dough Lucky, they’re open from 10:30pm-3am in the Lace Market. But hurry they’re only there for 12 weeks!

My Trip To Cornwall

Hellooo, so me and my family went on a short trip to St Ives in Cornwall. I've never been to Cornwall before but I know so many people who visit all the time! We got the plane because as a family we hate driving and it's only a 40 minute flight however so many people thought it was crazy to fly!

We stayed in the Pedn Olva hotel (which is managed by my mums cousins), it was gorgeous! The view from the room was amazing and there was a heated pool and the food was fab!

The beach was beautiful, we woke up one of the mornings really early and went for a run along it

             

We also went to a cute little vintage cafe, it was so nice we went back the next day! 

                           

Scones are a must when in Cornwall I've been told!

Countryside Walks | Day in the life

Hey guys! Recently, the weathers been so lovely with highs of 19 degrees today so me and my best friends went for a long walk to a little beck and a night time walk the night before. With living in the country side, going on walks comes with gorgeous views and a million places for photo opportunitys. So I'm just going to share some of the photos we took and some photos we thought were 'arty' because we like to think we're photographers💁

                                               

Sunsets are my absolute fave, I have around 50 photos on my phone just if sun sets, they're always gorgeous

                                 

                               

We were very very proud of the last one seeming as we used a shoe to prop up the phone on timer and couldn't tell if we were even in shot!

Now onto the day time walk; It was so hot and we took some food and went to a little stream
